Today stress is very common in people's life.
The stress can provoke by work, economic problems, health problems, studies or family.
The effects of stress can range from the simplest ti the most complicated effect.
For example some people lose the hair, have acne in the face or suffer haedache. These are little problems. But on the other side we have the real problems like depression, sikness, divorces, etc.
People should worry about the situations that stress brings, maybe you lose your family, friends, even your work and the most important, maybe you lose your peace or the person that you really are.
You have to take it easy and try to enjoy your life at the most. Remember that stress can be an enemy and destroy your life in a second.
